I grew up the son of an architect, who was the son of a contractor and both showed their love by spending countless hours teaching me how to build and renovate homes. Throughout my upbringing, I always lived in a construction zone. We would move into a new home, renovate and sell it, then move into another new home and start all over again. Through this process, I learned how to buy and fix homes, and see homes as the biggest investment in a person’s life. As a Real Estate Broker, I try to take that same knowledge and love of construction to aid my clients to build and find their dream home or investment property.
In college I worked at a construction company while earning my degree in Finance. I learned another perspective and skillset to build and renovate homes, as well as, offices and other commercial properties. After college, I spent thirteen years as a Financial Analyst, where I used analytics to base sound financial decisions for various employers in the Boulder area and then for myself as the owner of a music instruction business, Guitar Boulder. Using the combination of my financial and construction background, I can help my clients to base their pricing and timing decisions on solid data and the use of real estate market analytics.
I moved to Boulder in the summer of 2000 and never looked back. With our 300 plus days of sunshine, outdoor playground, great food, and award winning schools, I do not think there is a better community to live and raise a family. If you have questions on Boulder, a surrounding area, or school, I am very familiar and would love to help you find a place that suits you and your own unique needs.
