Thom recently helped us with the purchase of our new home. I can honestly, and literally, say the deal would not have happened without Thom's incredible hard work and perseverance. Between contract and closing, several major issues arose, that combined with challenges on the seller's side had us ready to simply cancel the contract and walk away. Thom simply redoubled his efforts to find solutions, and his actions saved the deal at least twice. He is energetic, hard-working, and absolutely committed to finding a deal that works for you.
