The housing market remains as hot as the 90 degree weather we witnessed last week. We are looking forward to the warm summer nights and days at the pool (see a couple options below).

The picture above is of a closing with David, Kelly, and their daughter, Stella, at Guardian Title. They bought a great 2bd/1bath investment property for their daughter and hope to watch it grow in value for years past her graduation. We currently have 5 amazing properties under contract, and have managed to close at least 1-2 properties each month in 2021. This month's market data is very similar to what we have witnessed in the first half of 2021. Inventory was down 20% with solid listings up 38% (if there were ever a time to sell a home, May would have been a good one...). For Condos/Townhomes, the same held even truer (Negative 30.6% inventory and sales up 82.6%). Average and Median sales prices are up in the 40% range for single family homes and around 28% for Attached Dwellings. Boulder Reservoir is a 700-acre, multi-use recreation and water-storage facility, owned and managed by the City of Boulder. There is a beach, restaurant, and boat dock. 2.  Scott Carpenter Pool
