Fall is in full swing and we hope you have enjoyed the epic colors, attending football games again, and all the fun of Halloween. Although shorter days and cold temperatures await, there is nothing better than a good ski trip and looking forward to the holidays spent with family and friends.

We currently have 5 properties under contract and 3 properties that closed in October. SRE has a few more listings coming, along with many buyers actively looking. 

Compared to this time last year in Boulder County, inventory for single family homes is down around 70% and new listings are down around 80% for single family homes and 66% for attached dwellings. Months of supply is down significantly around 70% to just under 2 months (see graph below).  Listings are still moving quickly, but we are only seeing a slight decrease in the median days on market from November of last year. We predict our typical low holiday inventory levels in the months ahead and see more price increases and competition on the horizon.

Inventory is currently low; however, there are still many active buyers in the market.  We are still in a strong seller's market and have been experiencing many bidding wars.  If you are wanting to make a move, we are here to help navigate this challenging market.  Please take advantage of our hard work ethic, high level of personal attention, and knowledge of the market.
