September 2021 Newsletter
In market news, it is the same story across Boulder and the state: lower inventory and higher prices. Inventory was down last month around 9%, while average and median home prices were up around 11%. Days on market increased a bit from last month, suggesting things are not moving quite as fast (however, still very quickly). As this is the narrative of the last few months, we will try to keep this newsletter short, sweet and to the point. We remain in a seller's market and now is a great time to buy with rates historically low.
At our home, we have been under construction for about two months renovating our deck and landscaping our yard (picture above). It is such a pleasure to see our project come to light and start to enjoy the space. If you have any questions on the construction process, or need referrals for the trades, please do not ever hesitate to reach out. We have a wide network of contractors, architects, landscapers, plumbers, electricians, painters, and talented craftworkers.
It has been an amazing summer for all of us and our clients at Sandrock Real Estate and wish to say thank you to our community at large. We feel lucky to have been able to win so many contracts and list properties, while also hiring two new Associate Brokers (please welcome Julie and Brad to the SRE TEAM)!
