Between contract and closing, several major issues arose, that combined with challenges on the seller's side had us ready to simply cancel the contract and walk away. Thom went above and beyond to show us all the properties we wanted and we saw a lot. We were moving to Boulder from Florida and his knowledge was exceptional.
